In the property market, we advise our clients on the marketing of houses for sale making use of this web site and Fife & Kinross Solicitors' Property Centres Limited, the major property site for houses for sale in North East Fife.

Within our one-stop Property Shop, we carry out all legal work for clients once a sale has been agreed. We deal with remortgages and also find and let properties for clients, including the preparation of all lease documentation.

Jim Steel provides advice to farmers on all aspects of agricultural law including the purchase and sale of farms and Dermot Stewart advises clients involved in the Licensing Trade on all aspects of Liquor Licensing and ensures all necessary applications to the Licensing Board are promoted as required.

Hilary Eldridge, our Court Partner, deals with all aspects of court work, including matrimonial matters, employment law, debt recovery, contractual disputes, claims for damages and advice to clients facing criminal charges. She is also able to advise clients whether they qualify for Legal Aid.

Susan Duff is a general practitioner dealing with property matters but with a particular interest in planning for the future dealing with Wills, Tax Planning, Incapacity, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships and Executries.
