are actively seeking to purchase or rent property. This scheme is
delivered in one of two ways. Whichever service you choose, your particulars will be held in
confidence by us and will not be shared with third parties without your express consent.
Standard Service

Although you can register for this service on-line, this service is delivered
off-line and is thus suited to persons without permanent Internet access. Full particulars of
all properties matching your requirements will be sent to you by post. Other contact with you
will mainly be by telephone. |

On-line Service

You can register for this service now and start using it within a few minutes.
We will provide you with passworded access to our full property particulars on-line and alert
you by e-mail when new properties matching your requirements are added to our portfolio. You
will be able to update your details in our database and maintain a shortlist of properties in
which you are interested. Once you no longer require this service, you will even be able to
delete all your information from our system yourself. |
